Wistia Remix

Wistia Remix edits the footage you already have through a conversational interface. Upload a webinar, podcast, screen recording, sales call, folder of clips, or paste a YouTube link. Then ask for a 60 second recap, the strongest customer moments, a social cut, or a title card.

Remix analyses both the transcript and the visuals before assembling a complete video. It can work across several source files, choose clips, tighten the pacing, add captions, narration, music, slides, and change the aspect ratio. You can request revisions in the same chat, open the result in the Wistia editor for manual changes, or publish and share it.

Unlike a text to video generator, Remix works with real uploaded footage. It does not invent scenes or generate replacement footage. That suits teams with recordings already sitting in Wistia, YouTube, or shared folders.

Common jobs include webinar recaps, podcast clips, training summaries, event videos, talking head edits, customer testimonials, and shorter versions of sales or product videos. Marketing and training teams can hand it a long recording and get a first cut without searching through the timeline for every usable moment.

The chat workflow reduces editing time, but you still need to check names, claims, timing, and brand details before publishing.

Remix is in beta and free to start. Wistia uses monthly Remix credits, and both new edits and revisions consume them. Access and usage limits depend on account roles and plan.
