Feathery
Feathery is an AI workflow and decision support platform for wealth management and insurance operations. It handles client onboarding, underwriting submission intake, advisor transitions, proposal generation, document processing, and other processes that usually involve forms, files, approvals, and several business systems.
The platform combines a no code form builder with conditional logic, calculations, API connections, document extraction, template generation, electronic signatures, and meeting transcription. Data can move between forms, PDFs, spreadsheets, CRMs, custodians, policy systems, and document tools without rebuilding the workflow around each file type.
Robin is Feathery’s newer AI workflow assistant. You describe a process in plain language, and Robin generates the forms, logic, integrations, and document steps for your team to review. It can also answer questions about operational data, surface exceptions, and suggest the next action. Robin is currently presented as a beta product, so its maturity should not be confused with Feathery’s established form and workflow builder.
The US angle is unusually strong. Feathery directly addresses RIAs, Broker Dealers, banks, insurance carriers, MGAs, brokers, and advisor transition teams. Its integration catalogue includes systems used across American financial services, including Salesforce, Fidelity, Guidewire, Plaid, Alloy, and identity verification providers.
Feathery lists SOC 2 Type II certification and support for HIPAA regulated environments. Those controls do not make an AI generated workflow compliant by default. Financial firms still need internal review of logic, data access, disclosures, retention, underwriting rules, and customer communications.
The product now speaks primarily to financial institutions and insurance organisations. It may be excessive for a small company that only needs a contact form or survey. A free plan remains available for building and testing forms, while advanced workflows, premium integrations, and enterprise controls use custom plans. Robin requires beta access.
