CoSupport AI
CoSupport AI is a customer support automation platform that learns from your knowledge base and past tickets. It has two products: CoSupport AI Agent, which resolves routine requests and takes actions through connected systems, and CoSupport AI Assistant, which drafts replies for human agents to review and send. You can use them individually or together.
The platform supports small customer service teams as well as larger operations. Repetitive questions can go to the AI Agent, while tickets requiring human judgment stay with your team.
What’s New in CoSupport AI 2.0
- Multi-step reasoning: The agent searches for information, validates what it finds and searches again when needed before answering.
- Decision logs: Each reply includes a record of the sources, actions and explanation behind the response, giving your team something to inspect when reviewing an answer.
- Actions through an API: Connected workflows can update orders, cancel subscriptions and process refunds.
- Multilingual support: Automatic language detection supports conversations in more than 40 languages.
For workflows involving payments or account changes, define which actions the agent can take and which should require human approval.
Setup and Integrations
Connecting a helpdesk takes about ten minutes. A full launch, including training on your ticket history, takes around three days rather than ten minutes.
Integrations include Zendesk, Freshdesk, Freshchat, Zoho Desk, Zoho SalesIQ, Intercom, Salesforce, HubSpot, Pylon, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Shopify and Stripe. API access supports connections to custom systems.
Resolution Rates and Customer Results
CoSupport reports an average AI resolution rate of 74% across clients using its 1.x architecture, with results reaching up to 85% on version 2.0. These figures describe different versions and should not be treated as a single average.
Its published customer examples include Cocoatech resolving 81% of requests with AI and Hour Timesheet, a two-agent support team, automating 82% of chats. Your results will depend on the questions customers ask, the information available to the agent and the workflows it can complete.
Free Pilot and Pricing
Every engagement starts with a 30-day pilot on real tickets, including 1,000 free AI responses and no setup fee. This gives you a chance to measure resolution rates and review replies before continuing with paid service.
There are three billing options: payment per resolved ticket, payment per AI response, or a server-based monthly fee tied to ticket volume. Resolution-based billing charges for tickets the AI resolves, rather than every reply it generates.
CoSupport also advertises a guarantee of 60% AI resolution by day 60 or a refund of paid fees. Confirm the measurement criteria and applicable terms during onboarding.
Security and Patented Technology
CoSupport states that it is ISO 27001 certified and complies with GDPR and CCPA. Its multi-model message generation architecture is covered by one U.S. patent, US11823031B1, granted in November 2023.
