It's an AI agent workforce platform built around the structure of a real company — roles, teams, leaders, task boards, standups, retrospectives — with the operational overhead replaced by automation.

You start by browsing a marketplace of 14 pre-built agent roles and two ready-made teams covering common functions like marketing, sales, customer support, and operations. Each agent can be trained on your business through uploaded documents, Notion pages, or Google Docs, and a six-layer memory system means context accumulates across conversations rather than resetting each time. Agents work together through team chat, can delegate tasks to each other, and follow whatever behavioral rules you set — "always check with me before sending emails" is the kind of instruction they actually retain.

The communication surface is wide: agents operate via web chat, voice calls, Slack, WhatsApp, and email. They can join meetings, transcribe calls, and draft follow-ups. On the automation side, they handle browser navigation, form filling, and desktop app control — useful for workflows that live inside tools that don't have clean APIs.

Oversight is built in rather than bolted on. An activity feed tracks what every agent is doing in real time. An execution inspector lets you open any completed task and review every step taken. Approval gates let you require sign-off before sensitive actions run. PII detection redacts names, emails, and card numbers from outputs automatically.
