Lindy

Lindy is a platform for building AI “agents” without writing code. The idea is to create a digital workforce that can handle specific, repetitive business tasks. You describe what you want done in plain English, connect the apps you already use, and the agent carries out the task.

The system is presented as a way to create an “AI employee” for different departments. For example, you could build an agent to monitor support emails, understand the issue, and draft a reply. Or you could have one act as an inbound sales development rep, researching and qualifying leads as they come in.

How It Works

The process is based on natural language instructions rather than visual workflows. You don’t drag and drop modules like in Zapier, Gumloop, or n8n. Instead, you write a prompt describing the agent’s role and Lindy generates the agent logic for you.
