Cracked

Cracked is a tool router for AI agents. It puts tens of thousands of APIs, scrapers, public MCP servers, data services, and media models behind one account, one API key, and one prepaid balance.

You can search the catalogue in natural language, inspect an endpoint's schema and current price model, then run it through Cracked. The available tools cover web search, scraping, social media, company and contact data, maps, finance, SEO, messaging, files, AI models, and image or video generation. Catalogue totals change frequently as providers and public MCP servers are added or removed.

Cracked supports direct endpoint calls, but its more useful option is Smart Run. You request a capability such as web search, page scraping, company enrichment, or an Instagram profile. Cracked chooses a live candidate, converts the request into that provider's expected schema, and records which endpoint handled the job.

Cracked routes requests to suitable tools and providers. Jev by TypeSafe AI handles a different layer by making typed routing, scoring, and gating decisions from application state.

If the first candidate is blocked, times out, returns a qualifying error, or is marked as unavailable, Smart Run can try another candidate. Routing considers verified status, recent health, measured latency, and price. You can set a cost ceiling, prefer or exclude providers, and review the attempts in the response. Some data lookups use a waterfall that continues after an empty result and charges only when one of the supported providers returns a match.

The platform measures endpoint health from real runs. Tool pages can show recent success rate, median and slower end latency, price, verification state, and dated sample output. New or lightly used endpoints may not have enough history for a meaningful score, and a past success rate cannot guarantee the next response will be accurate.

One balance covers metered providers. Cracked maintains provider accounts for supported services and passes their usage cost through with an additional platform fee. Failed upstream calls are not billed. You can connect your own provider keys for selected services, although the provider's charges and terms still apply.

Agents can connect through MCP, a hosted skill file, the HTTP API, or the command line tool. Python and TypeScript SDKs are available, with adapters for frameworks including LangChain, CrewAI, Vercel AI SDK, and OpenAI Agents. Long jobs can run asynchronously and return a run ID for polling or webhook delivery. Cracked also documents batches, schedules, datasets, monitors, alerts, and a relay for storing secrets used by external services.

An agent can register itself through the API and receive a limited trial balance with a claim link for its human owner. This removes an onboarding step during development, but claimed workspaces should still set spending limits before unattended agents begin calling paid services.

Cracked uses a freemium, pay per call structure. New workspaces receive a small amount of trial credit without requiring a card. Continued use requires prepaid credit, with the total cost determined by the selected provider and the platform fee. Purchased credit remains available for a limited period, so check the current billing rules before adding a large balance.

The service stores the input and output of every run alongside billing and timing records. Connected provider credentials are encrypted at rest, and API keys are stored as hashes. Cracked states that it does not currently hold a SOC 2 report. Avoid sending confidential records, private customer data, or unreleased material until its storage, deletion, provider, and compliance terms fit the work involved.

Cracked is a new platform, and independent user feedback is still scarce. Its routing data and catalogue are changing quickly. Test the exact capabilities you need, inspect sample output, set a strict budget, and keep a direct provider integration available for any workload where predictable uptime or data handling is essential.
