Circle puts discussions, courses, events, live video, email, payments, and member management under one account. Its newer AI layer can also operate the platform from plain English instructions.
Circle AI can create spaces, access groups, paywalls, course outlines, welcome posts, email broadcasts, and automated workflows. It can answer questions about member activity and prepare reports. More than 50 specialist skills cover configuration, content, moderation, analytics, and member management.
Member facing AI Agents are available on Circle Plus. You can create up to ten agents, assign each one a role, and train them on selected spaces, courses, posts, or uploaded files. An onboarding agent might guide new members through the community, while another answers course questions using your material.
Every agent conversation appears in AI Inbox. Admins can read the exchange, take over manually, or configure keywords that pause the AI. This gives community owners a practical way to automate routine support without giving the agent unchecked control.
Circle MCP connects the community to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other compatible assistants. Admins can inspect member activity, draft content, invite people, or update parts of the community from an external AI client. Write and delete actions can require approval.
The regular community platform includes discussions, chat, courses, events, live rooms, websites, email, payments, member profiles, gamification, and analytics. It suits coaches, membership businesses, course operators, and creators who want a branded community without maintaining several separate services.
There is a free trial, but no permanent free plan. Circle AI starts on Professional. MCP requires Business or Plus, while AI Agents require Circle Plus. Circle also charges transaction fees on payments, depending on the plan.
Circle’s data policy states that community content is not used to train Circle or third party language models. Admins should still restrict agent knowledge sources and retain approval for actions involving members, payments, or private content.
