Bit Flows puts a visual automation builder and AI agents inside WordPress. Form submissions, WooCommerce events, incoming webhooks, schedules, and plugin activity can trigger workflows that run without an external automation server.

The AI Agent can interpret incoming data, maintain context through memory, select connected tools, and decide which action should run next. You connect your preferred model using an API key. Supported options include OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, DeepSeek, Groq, Perplexity, and OpenRouter. Bit Flows does not add its own AI usage charge, but your model provider may charge for tokens and impose separate data handling rules.

Custom API steps can connect Jev by TypeSafe AI for typed ticket classification, lead scoring, workflow routing, and confidence based human review.

An agent can classify support tickets, qualify leads, draft replies, enrich form data, generate content, inspect WooCommerce information, update a CRM, add spreadsheet rows, or send messages through email, Slack, Telegram, and WhatsApp. Simple Memory retains relevant context between steps or sessions.

The MCP Client lets agents call tools from compatible MCP servers. This opens the workflow to external databases, internal services, custom applications, and other tool servers that are not available as standard Bit Flows integrations.

Human in the Loop steps pause a workflow for review. An agent can prepare a reply, CRM update, or other action, then wait for someone to approve or decline it. This is particularly important when the workflow can contact customers, publish content, alter orders, or change business records.

More than 380 integrations cover WordPress plugins, SaaS applications, CRMs, forms, ecommerce tools, spreadsheets, email platforms, APIs, and webhooks. Routers, conditions, delays, schedules, iterators, repeaters, parsers, custom API calls, execution logs, and failure notifications support more involved processes.

Bit Flows runs on your WordPress server and does not impose per task automation charges. Unlimited does not mean resource free. Large workflows still use hosting capacity, database space, external API quotas, and model tokens. Monitor performance before running high volume jobs on shared WordPress hosting.

Self hosting keeps workflow records under your control, but it does not make every workflow private. Prompts and customer data sent to an AI model are processed according to that provider's policies. Bit Flows also collects licensing, installation, technical, and limited flow configuration information described in its privacy policy.

There is no specific US feature set. American WordPress agencies, WooCommerce stores, course businesses, and membership operators can use it for local workflows, but the company does not document SOC 2, HIPAA, CCPA, or US data residency coverage. Regulated businesses should review every connected service before sending customer information through an agent.

The free WordPress plugin includes the AI Agent, unlimited workflows, and many core tools. Paid annual and lifetime licenses add Pro access, updates, support, and broader site licensing. Model usage remains separate.

Its WordPress.org listing has strong ratings and repeated praise for support, although reviewers also report gaps in some specialized WooCommerce triggers.
